Upon entering the final order and judgment of registration, an enrollment thereof as a judgment roll in an action must be prepared, and filed in the office of the clerk, consisting of the petition, the notice with proof of service, the official examiner's report, all orders and all other papers necessarily affecting the final order of registration. The clerk upon payment of a fee of ten dollars shall cause a copy of said judgment of registration to be certified and transferred to the registrar of his county, who shall forthwith file the same in his office.
