New York Consolidated Laws, Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law - RPA § 404. [Evidence as to ancestry, health and habits of individual] 1]

In all valuations made under this article, no significance shall be given to the ancestry, health or habits of the person whose life is involved.  Each valuation shall be based exclusively on the actuarial data.
