New York Consolidated Laws, Public Housing Law - PBG § 10. Division of housing and community renewal

There shall be in the executive department a division of housing and community renewal.  Reference in this chapter or in any other general, special or local law to the division of housing shall be deemed to mean and refer to the division of housing and community renewal which is hereby made the new title of such division.
