New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 620. Public health services program audit recoveries

All monies received or recovered by the department after the effective date of this section as a result of any audit exception assessed against the state aid reimbursement to a municipality under this article shall be deposited in the local public health services program account.
