New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 395. Consolidated health district;  board of health;  health officer;  powers and duties

Each board of health and each health officer of a consolidated health district shall have all the rights, powers, duties and obligations conferred and imposed by law upon boards of health and health officers respectively.
