1. A medical equipment services agency may be subject to fines as provided by this chapter for material violations of the provisions of this article. A medical equipment services agency may have its license revoked, suspended, or limited by the commissioner for repeated violations of the requirements of this article. In such cases, the commissioner may require the agency to submit a corrective action plan for approval. The license of an agency may also be revoked, suspended or limited upon a finding that the actions of such agency have materially endangered public health and safety.
2. No permit or certificate shall be revoked, suspended, limited or annulled without an opportunity afforded 1 the agency an administrative hearing on the facts at issue.
