New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 350. County or part-county boards of health;  officers

The board of health of a county or part-county health district shall elect annually one of its members as president and another as vice-president.  The board of health may designate the county health commissioner to act as its secretary without extra compensation.
