New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 3335. Dispensing by online dispensers of controlled substances

A controlled substance may be sold, delivered, or dispensed by means of the internet but only in accordance with this article.  An online dispenser shall file with the department by electronic means information concerning the dispensing by means of the internet, of any controlled substances in such manner as the commissioner by regulation shall require.
