New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 294. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction of all matters pertaining to drug disposal by this article is vested exclusively in the state.  Any provision of any local law or ordinance, or any rule or regulation promulgated prior to, or upon the effective date of this section, shall be preempted.
