New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 2891. Nurse manpower center

The commissioner shall establish within the department a nurse manpower center for the purposes of instituting and conducting nurse manpower studies and surveys and the making of recommendations for the improvement of nursing service.
