New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 2574. Children's institutions;  environmental sanitation

Every institution caring for children referred to in this article shall comply with such orders, rules and regulations respecting water supply, milk supply, sewerage disposal, food handling, and other sanitary matters as are established by the state or local sanitary codes, rules or regulations or, in the case of milk supply, rules and regulations of the commissioner of agriculture and markets.
