All state agencies, including, but not limited to, the departments of agriculture
and markets, environmental conservation, and health, shall review their programs and
operations (pursuant to guidelines established by the board) to determine whether
they currently collect data which may be of use to researchers engaged in breast,
prostate or testicular cancer research. Any agency collecting such data shall forward a description of the data to the health
research science board.
