1. All moneys collected under the provisions of sections two thousand three hundred twenty to two thousand three hundred thirty-four, inclusive, of this chapter, shall be paid to the county treasurer.
2. The proceeds of the sale of the personal property as provided in section two thousand three hundred twenty-nine of this chapter, shall be applied in payment of the costs of the action and abatement or so much of such proceeds as may be necessary, except as hereinafter provided.
