1. Every person committed under the provisions of this article shall observe all the rules and regulations of the hospital or institution to which he is committed.
2. Any person so committed who neglects or refuses to obey the rules and regulations of the institution may by direction of the chief medical officer of the institution be placed apart from the other patients.
