New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Law - PBH § 2103. Communicable diseases;  local health officers;  duty to report

Every local health officer shall report promptly to the department, all cases of such communicable diseases as may be required by the department to be reported to it.  In lieu of the original reports, the health officer may submit summary reports when authorized by the department.
