New York Consolidated Laws, Public Authorities Law - PBA § 712. Rules and regulations relating to the bridge

The use of the bridge herein authorized shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the authority;  provided, however, that the authority is not empowered to do anything which will impair the security of the bondholders or violate limitations contained in any agreement with bondholders.
