The state of New York does hereby agree to the use by the authority of any lands under the waters of Reynolds channel or of Bannister creek necessary or convenient for the project or in connection therewith. The state of New York does hereby release and transfer to the county any and all interest which it now has or may hereafter have in and to the Atlantic Beach bridge.
