No lessor shall induce or attempt to induce any person to enter into an agreement subject to this article by offering a subsequent rebate, discount, commission or other consideration, on the condition that the lessee provide information or assistance for the purpose of enabling the lessor to either lease or sell a motor vehicle to another person.
