New York Consolidated Laws, Personal Property Law - PEP § 332. Rebate or discount for information or assistance in lease or sale of motor vehicle

No lessor shall induce or attempt to induce any person to enter into an agreement subject to this article by offering a subsequent rebate, discount, commission or other consideration, on the condition that the lessee provide information or assistance for the purpose of enabling the lessor to either lease or sell a motor vehicle to another person.
