It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to advertise in any manner that for a fee a traffic summons will be presented and a fine paid into the court, or to agree that for a fee a traffic summons will be presented and a fine paid or to present any traffic summons and pay a fine for a fee into the court.
Any person, firm or corporation which violates any provision of this law shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days for default in the payment of said fine, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
