All buildings, courtrooms, offices, furniture, equipment, supplies, seals, records, papers and documents, and all other facilities and possessions of the city court of the city of New York and the municipal court of the city of New York, or in the custody of or allotted to said courts, on the effective date of this act shall be vested in this court. This court shall continue to occupy and use the buildings, courtrooms and other facilities so transferred until such time as other proper and adequate facilities are provided, and the use to be made of such transferred facilities, and of any other facilities, shall be determined by the appellate division.
