Within three days after the issue of the warrant, the applicant shall cause a notice to be published once in each week for two consecutive weeks, in a newspaper published in the county where the vessel was seized, stating the issuance of the warrant, the date thereof, the amount of the claim specified therein, the name of the applicant, and the time and place of the return of the order to show cause granted as prescribed in this article.
