The sheriff of the county of Monroe is hereby authorized, by and with the consent and approval of the justices of the supreme court of the seventh judicial district, residing in the county of Monroe, and the county judges of Monroe county, respectively, to appoint and with the consent of said justices and judges at pleasure, to remove such deputies to be attendants for the supreme court and the county court, respectively, held in and for the county of Monroe, as such justices and judges shall deem necessary.
