New York Consolidated Laws, Judiciary Law - JUD § 262. Compensation of clerks to judges of court of appeals

The clerk appointed by each judge of the court of appeals shall be entitled to a compensation to be fixed by such judge, not exceeding four thousand dollars a year. The compensation herein provided shall be paid monthly by the department of taxation and finance upon the certificate of the judge.
