Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the Seneca Nation of Indians and any city, town, village, fire district or incorporated fire company may enter into a contract or contracts whereby such city, town, village, fire district or incorporated fire company for a stated consideration, agrees to provide fire protection upon all or any part of the lands of the Seneca Nation of Indians.
