All that portion of state route twenty-three beginning at the west end of the Rip Van Winkle bridge in the town of Catskill, county of Greene, thence running generally westerly and thence terminating at the junction of state route one hundred forty-five and state route twenty-three in the town of Cairo, county of Greene, shall be designated and known as the “Greene County Veterans Memorial Highway”.
