All that portion of the state highway system in the county of Rockland constituting state route 9W beginning at the New York/New Jersey state line continuing north along the Hudson River through the county of Rockland to the Orange county line located at Bear Mountain Circle, except the bridge across Lowland Creek in the town of Stony Point in the county of Rockland shall be known as the “Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway”.
