The jurisdiction ceded to the United States as prescribed by this article shall not prevent the execution on the land acquired for the purposes specified in section two hundred and ten of any process civil or criminal, issued under the authority of the state, except as such process might affect the property of the United States thereon; nor prevent, in the case of lands within the Adirondack park as defined in section 9-0101 of the environmental conservation law, the application of section eight hundred seventeen of the executive law thereto.
