Any person, corporation, association, partnership or other entity which sells or offers to sell in this state any printed materials which, or the substance of which, are required to be posted in places of employment pursuant to the provisions of any federal or state law, rule or regulation, including, but not limited to, notices or materials relating to unemployment insurance, workers' compensation insurance or benefits, minimum wage and occupational safety and health standards shall provide to the purchaser a notice in at least twelve point type, that such required notices or postings are also available free of charge from the government office having jurisdiction over the required notices or postings.
