1. Where the proceeding has been commenced by the filing of an order of removal pursuant to a direction authorized by sections 220.10, 310.85 and 330.25 of the criminal procedure law, the date of filing in the family court shall be deemed for purposes of section 350.1 to be the date of the entry of an order pursuant to subdivision one of section 345.1.
2. The clerk of court shall calendar an appearance to be held within seven days from the date the order of removal was filed. At such appearance the court shall schedule a dispositional hearing in accordance with section 350.1 and determine such other issues as may properly be before it.
