Rules of court may authorize an agency with which a child is placed pursuant to section three hundred fifty-five   1 to arrange for the child's care by another person or authorized agency.  In the event such an arrangement is made, the agency making the arrangement shall, within one week of the making of the arrangement, advise the court of the change and reason therefor.
