New York Consolidated Laws, Executive Law - EXC § 975. Assistance of other agencies

All agencies, departments, divisions, boards, officers and public corporations of the state shall cooperate with the council and provide whatever assistance the committee may require to fulfill its purposes.  Assistance may include, but need not be limited to, consultation with and use of agency staff and the provision of statistical and policy data.
