New York Consolidated Laws, Executive Law - EXC § 259-a. State board of parole; funding

The annual budget submitted by the governor shall separately state the recommended appropriations for the state board of parole. Upon enactment, these separately stated appropriations for the state board of parole shall not be decreased by interchange with any other appropriation, notwithstanding section fifty-one of the state finance law.
