New York Consolidated Laws, Environmental Conservation Law - ENV § 40-0119. Trade secret information

Disclosure to the public by the department of any information required to be provided under this article which is claimed to be a trade secret or confidential business information, shall be treated as such pursuant to the provisions of the freedom of information law (article six of the public officers law).
