Upon the certification of election results and the completion of the voter history file after each election, each village that holds an election not conducted by a board of elections pursuant to this article shall transmit to the state board of elections copies of the records required to be transmitted pursuant to section 3-112 of this chapter in a manner and time provided for in such section.
