Authorized and political committees shall maintain such records of receipts and expenditures for a covered election as required by the PCFB. Authorized and political committees shall obtain and furnish to the PCFB any information it may request relating to financial transactions or contributions and furnish such documentation and other proof of compliance with this title as may be requested. In compliance with section 14-108 of this article, authorized and political committees shall maintain copies of such records for a period of five years.
