New York Consolidated Laws, Education Law - EDN § 240. The Stony Brook university Cody center for autism and developmental disabilities at Stony Brook university

The Stony Brook university Cody center for autism and developmental disabilities (hereinafter the “Cody center”) is hereby established under the jurisdiction of the state university of New York.  The Cody center shall be administered as a program of the state university in accordance with the policies of the trustees of the state university.
