New York Consolidated Laws, Education Law - EDN § 2212. Removal of district superintendent from office

A district superintendent may be removed from office at any time upon the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the board of cooperative educational services, or by the commissioner pursuant to section three hundred six of this chapter.
