New York Consolidated Laws, Education Law - EDN § 2115. Notice of appointment to fill vacancy and filing thereof

Every appointment to fill a vacancy shall be forthwith filed, by the district superintendent or trustees making it, in the office of the district clerk, who shall immediately give notice of the appointment to the person appointed.
