New York Consolidated Laws, Education Law - EDN § 2039. Application of article

The provisions of part one of this article shall apply to all school districts except as otherwise provided by article fifty-three of this chapter, and except to city school districts of cities with one hundred twenty-five thousand inhabitants or more.
