New York Consolidated Laws, Economic Development Law - COM § 179. Definitions

1. “Program” shall mean the agricultural economic development program established pursuant to this article.

2. “Agricultural resources industry” shall mean those businesses involved in the harvesting, marketing, research, processing, storage and/or manufacturing of agricultural products or provide essential inputs for or services to such businesses and shall include job training and public information programs associated with such products.
