The department or superintendent shall furnish to the department of mental hygiene a copy of the health and psychiatric records and a sentence calculation for each incarcerated individual placed in a hospital. The sentence calculation shall include the maximum expiration date and tentative conditional release date and the parole eligibility or release consideration hearing date. Such records shall be furnished to the director of the hospital upon delivery of the incarcerated individual.
