New York Consolidated Laws, Cannabis Law - CAN § 45. Pricing

Registered organizations shall submit documentation to the executive director of any change in pricing per dose for any medical cannabis product within fifteen days of such change.  Prior approval by the executive director shall not be required for any such change;  provided however that the board is authorized to modify the price per dose for any medical cannabis product if necessary to maintain public access to appropriate medication.
