New York Consolidated Laws, Banking Law - BNK § 9-d. Enforcement of section two hundred ninety-six-a of the executive law

In addition to the powers conferred upon the superintendent of financial services by this chapter, he shall enforce section two hundred ninety-six-a of the executive law by taking such action as is therein authorized.
