New York Consolidated Laws, Banking Law - BNK § 557. License provisions and posting

Such license shall state the name and address of the licensee, and if the licensee be a co-partnership or association, the names of the members thereof, and if a corporation the date and place of its incorporation.  Such license shall be kept conspicuously posted in the office of the licensee and shall not be transferable or assignable.
