New York Consolidated Laws, Banking Law - BNK § 37-a. Submission of annual reports by the Holocaust claims processing office

The superintendent shall report annually to the governor, the temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the chairs of the senate standing committees on finance and banks, and the chairs of the assembly standing committees on ways and means and banks on the fifteenth of January of each year, a statement of condition with respect to the purpose, policies and activities of the Holocaust claims processing office. Such report shall include the following information:
