New York Consolidated Laws, Banking Law - BNK § 195. Rules, regulations and orders

The superintendent shall have power to adopt, amend and enforce such rules, regulations and orders as the superintendent may deem necessary to enable the superintendent to administer and carry out the provisions of this article and to prevent evasions thereof.
