New York Consolidated Laws, Agriculture and Markets Law - AGM § 554. Laws repealed

Chapter nine of the laws of nineteen hundred and nine, entitled “An act in relation to agriculture, constituting chapter one of the consolidated laws,”;  chapter eight hundred and two of the laws of nineteen hundred and seventeen, entitled “An act in relation to farms and markets, constituting chapter sixty-nine of the consolidated laws,”;  articles two, two-a, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, and twenty-five-a, and sections three hundred and ninety, three hundred and ninety-two, three hundred and ninety-three, three hundred and ninety-four, three hundred and ninety-five, and three hundred and ninety-seven, of chapter twenty-five of the laws of nineteen hundred and nine, entitled “An act relating to general business, constituting chapter twenty of the consolidated laws,”;  and section forty-three, forty-six, forty-seven, forty-eight, and forty-nine, of chapter forty-nine of the laws of nineteen hundred and nine, entitled “An act in relation to the public health, constituting chapter forty-five of the consolidated laws,”;  and all acts and parts of acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto, are hereby repealed.
