New York Consolidated Laws, Agriculture and Markets Law - AGM § 134. Records and reports

Every distributor, manufacturer and transporter of a commercial feed in this state shall maintain such records and submit such reports to the commissioner as the commissioner may require pertaining to the origin, manufacture, movement, storage, distribution or other disposition of commercial feed.  Such records shall be open to inspection by the commissioner or his authorized agent at any reasonable time.
