Nevada Revised Statutes Title 8. Commercial Instruments and Transactions § 97A.120. “Secondary cardholder” defined

“Secondary cardholder” means a person whose name appears on a credit card at the request of the cardholder for the purpose of authorizing that person to use the credit card account of the cardholder.
