Nevada Revised Statutes Title 7. Business Associations; Securities; Commodities § 92A.450. Uncertificated shares: Authority to restrict transfer after demand for payment

The subject corporation may restrict the transfer of shares not represented by a certificate from the date the demand for their payment is received.
